URGENTLY NEEDED

Our Shipping Company in Jakarta invites suitably qualified candidates to apply for the position of :


Marine Operations Manager    

The successful candidate will be in charge of the shipping operations and has bottom-line responsibility for the Company principal activities in transportation of bulk commodities by Company-owned tugs and barges in ASEAN region.


REQUIREMENTS :

    * Experience in tugs and barges operations with a minimum of 8 years experience in a similar position. Preference will be given to candidates with a good command of English and exposure to Maritime Law.
    * Must have knowledge in various types of freight/voyage charters. and contracts.
    * Familiar with vessel documentations, certifications, charter parties and insurance claims.
    * Computer literate and well versed in latest marine telecommunications equipment.

The successful candidate can look forward to the prospects of advancement to Executive Officer position in our Group of Companies.
