Responsibility:
* Ability to liaise & correspondence with both internal and external customers.
* Ability to do administrative duties like maintain database, filling, data entry, etc.
* Ability to coordinate with transporter / freight forwarders to pick up and delivery schedule.
* Ability to use and update POD in the system.
Qualifications:
* Diploma degree with minimum 2 years experiences as a staff in Customer Service area.
* Preferable from Logistics or Freight Forwarding Company.
* Excellent in build & maintain relationship new and existing customer.
* Good communication and administration skill.
* Able to work underpressure.
* Good in Ms. Office (Good typing speed & accuracy).
* Good in English both oral and written.
