Requirements :
* Experience in tugs and barges operations with a minimum of 8 years experience in a similar position. Preference will be given to candidates with a good command of English and exposure to Maritime Law.
* Must have knowledge in various types of freight/voyage charters. and contracts.
* Familiar with vessel documentations, certifications, charter parties and insurance claims.
* Computer literate and well versed in latest marine telecommunications equipment.
