Principal responsibility would be to achieve all financial and operational targets as agreed for the business in Indonesia through continues active and aggressive business development.
General Manager Operations
Responsibilities:
* Develop and achieve financial budgets in terms of profit & loss, cash flow, cash collection and capital expenditures
* Manage Joint Venture relationship and articles of Association of the company by ensuring operations are within the margins of the agreement
* Ensure targets are met by aggressively growing the business while maintaining strong relationship with customers & stakeholders, excellent customer service, productivity and Occupational & Safety measures are in place
* Perform the strategic plan developed for 3 years for the business in Indonesia
* Create a culture that is safe across the board and ensure that all business standard procedures are clear, communicated and followed throughout the organization
* Recruit the best possible team to lead the various functional departments in the organization
Requirements:
* A senior Supply chain professional with excellent business acumen capabilities
* Commercially astute with proven success in Business Development and an adept knowledge in the Asia Market
* Strong Leadership skills
* Preferably an Indonesian
* Very good communication skills in English

We are currently supporting the development of two LNG terminals which will substantially increase the port’s activity from 2009.
Starting salary £46k with progression up to £70k
As a Pilot you will be responsible for the safe movement of vessels from sea, berth and anchorage. This will include facilitating the completion of the vessel’s passage plan; liaising with the Master, Port Control and other users and acting as the Authority’s representative on board in the event of an emergency.
An excellent communicator, you will hold a Class 1 (Foreign Going Master) Certificate and have recent sea-going experience in a watch keeping navigational role. Previous pilotage experience and/or service in tankers would be desirable.
