4. Berpengalaman dalam pengelolaan stock pile, crushing dan loading selama lebih dari 5 tahun
5. Mampu melakukan negosiasi dengan pihak ke-3
6. Leadership skills

Job Description:

1. Mengelola seluruh aktivitas port yang terdiri dari: weight bridge, stockpiling, crushing, loading, barging, transhipment dan quality assurance
2. Mengelola contractor dan supplier ke Port
3. Membina hubungan dengan agent, syahbandar, pemilik jetty lain dan sebagainya
4. Mengembangkan kemampuan organisasi dan personil Port

• To supervise & coordinate with proper parties on the schedule and custom clearance of incoming vehicles at the port
• Scheduling transfer of inbound units and coordinate with Car Carrier operator on the proper receiving process and documentation
• Supervise execution of agreed processes and plan in the transfer of units from the port to Vehicle Logistics Center
• Ensure that the established processes in the inspection and documentation of the units are properly executed upon pull out of units from the port and at the Vehicle Logistic Center
• Ensure the reports are reported to the representative of the principal timely and accurately

Qualifications:

• Min Diploma Degree in any Major
• An expert in handling automotive custom clearance in Indonesia
• Has sufficient knowledge in car carrier operation
• Proficient in driving motor vehicle and has valid driving license
• Has min 3 years experiences in automotive freight forwarding/logistics/trucking company

Qualifications:

• Graduate of vocational course preferably from automotive or relevant experience in the automotive industry
• Must have advance knowledge in car engine, car troubleshooting, and car repair
