Sales Manager
· Male / female, max 40 years old
· Having successful with min 3 years experience in managing sales and marketing team for Freight Forwarding, Shipping / NVOCC / Logistics and Distribution
· Having broad knowledge of Indonesia and ‘overseas’ freight forwarding market
· Having broad networking with corporate customers and overseas partners in generate shipments
· Proven sales record & able to lead sales executive
· Strong leadership profile with outstanding entrepreneur and innovative attitude
· Preferably having own car
Sales Staff
· Male / female max 30 years old
· Min. 2 years experience as an outdoor sales in Freight Forwarding, NVOCC or Shipping Line
· Self motivated, high achiever, result oriented
· Able to generate new clients, posses basic selling techniques, negotiation and well presented
· Strong interpersonal and able to work effectively with a wide range of constituencies in a diverse community
General Qualifications:
* Male/ Female, age range from early 30’s
* Min bachelor degree from any major
* Excellent in English both oral and written (mandarin will be an advantages)
* Pleasant personality and good communication skills
* Result oriented, proactive, creative with analytical skill
* Can work under pressure, willing to work long hours
* Agree to be stationed anywhere at key locations
* Computer Literate
