We are looking for some highly dynamic and self-motivated professionals to fill the following position as:
CORPORATE LEGAL MANAGER
GENERAL REQUIREMENTS :
o Male/Female, Max. 40 years old
o Min. Bachelor degree majoring law
o Min. 3 years successful experience in administrating and managing legal contracts, memorandum of understanding (MOU), agreement and other legal documents
o Min. 2 years experience as corporate legal and handle set up join venture company
o Able to manage and negotiate corporate contracts in English
o Have a good relationship with government institutions
o English proficiency both oral and written
o Outstanding interpersonal and leadership skill
