Qualifications :

- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Law or equivalent.
- Required language (s): English, Bahasa Indonesia
- At least 2 year (s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Senior Staffs specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.
- Full-Time positions available.
- Candidate must possess at least a Law or equivalent.
- Have Good understanding about the Human Resources Competencies
- Able to handling employee about 150 people
- Mature and characteristic easygoing, adaptive and focus to HR aspect
- Have experience in hadling Industrail relations issues
- Familiar with Labor Law and Regulation
- Leadership, Organizational development, Personnel Administration. Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold Relevant residence status.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Jakarta
