Trada Maritime Tbk is a public listed company providing Floating Storage Oil (FSO) and offshore support services to oil companies. Trada Maritime Tbk operates 15 fleets for International standart companies and manages almost 20% of national oil cargo with total capacity over 2 millions barrel.

Due to rapid growth activities, we invite highly qualified professionals to apply fo the following position:

Crewing & Manning Manager
(Jakarta Raya - Jakarta)



Responsibilities:

* Responsible for providing, managing, and developing all crews as contract requirements inline with sea regulations and also monitoring the crew movement activity so operational activity can rune without any resistance.

Requirements:

* Minimum Bachelor Degree or graduate from Institute of Merchant Marine with Marine License ANT II/I, with at least 5 years experience in similiar position
* Strong knowledge in crew management, MPA, STCW requirements and sea regulations
* Must have excellent interpersonal skills, strong leadership, good work integrity to keep the company needs and objective as priority goal
* Fluent in English and computer literate
