Our client a Catering and associated services company for oil, gas, and mining also for hospital and education centre is seeking skilled experienced and qualified professionals for the following position:
Logistics Manager
Requirements :
First Basic purpose of the job: To organize and arrange travel with in and for the company employees handling details, cancellations and monitoring of expenditure To set in place a code of practice in relation to travel arrangements to understand and predicted purchasing in high volume times. To shop around for the best deal where needed and to fix Travel Agents and monitor agreements.
Second Basic purpose of the job: To handle or help arrange all Logistics of Transport for Produce, Equipment and other related items in the quickest, easiest and cheapest way possible with out losing on the quality of the Produce, Equipment or other related Items. To be able to implement user charts, flow sheets, documentation and monitor things like Fuel use, Vehicle registration, Vehicle servicing and relevant needed driver’s information.
Sex: Male or Female.
Minimum requirements: A university degree preferable, Fluent in both Bahasa Indonesian & English (write and read), Fluent in most computer programs and internet Understanding. A broad Knowledge in travel, transport, logistics and supply.
Office: Preferable Balikpapan trips to Jakarta and necessary site visits.
Good references from former if not current employer.
