Our client is a dynamic Supply Chain Solution organisation that operates extensively throughout Asia. They offer end-to-end solution serving multinational companies with their expertise in Supply Chain. With the continued growth the organisation is achieving, now they have a need for a General Manager for their satellite office in the Indonesia.



Principal responsibility would be to achieve all financial and operational targets as agreed for the business in Indonesia through continues active and aggressive business development.


General Manager Operations


Responsibilities:

* Develop and achieve financial budgets in terms of profit & loss, cash flow, cash collection and capital expenditures
* Manage Joint Venture relationship and articles of Association of the company by ensuring operations are within the margins of the agreement
* Ensure targets are met by aggressively growing the business while maintaining strong relationship with customers & stakeholders, excellent customer service, productivity and Occupational & Safety measures are in place
* Perform the strategic plan developed for 3 years for the business in Indonesia
* Create a culture that is safe across the board and ensure that all business standard procedures are clear, communicated and followed throughout the organization
* Recruit the best possible team to lead the various functional departments in the organization



Requirements:

* A senior Supply chain professional with excellent business acumen capabilities
* Commercially astute with proven success in Business Development and an adept knowledge in the Asia Market
* Strong Leadership skills
* Preferably an Indonesian
* Very good communication skills in English
