· Capable of designing Stowage plan, Voyage plan & Navigation
· Able to handle Port operation & documentations
· Able to manage ship & handle ship operational control
· Hard working, strong leadership and high integrity
· Willing to work for inter island duty

Shift Team Leader (4 persons) SHTL

REQUIREMENT:

* Age 25-35 years
* Education Degree in engineering study
* GPA: min 2.75
* Experience Min 5 yrs experience in Oil & Gas industry with a strong team leadership capabilities

Competencies & Duties

Responsible for the execution of all operations in the terminal during shift
Lead and investigate Incidents / abnormal observations
Initiate improvement in terminal operations
Manage day-to-day manpower administration and planning, workflow scheduling, and inter-departmental communication to ensure safe, smooth and efficient operations

Logistic Analyst (2 persons) LOAT

REQUIREMENT:

* Age 23-30 years
* Education Degree in Engineering
* GPA: min 2.75
* Experience

At least 5-7 years relevant experience with strong operational emphasis
Good written and spoken communication skills



Competencies & Duties

In depth knowledge in shipping and customs requirements
Co-ordinates between various departments and external parties on incoming operational
Ability to anticipate bottlenecks, operational problems and managing customers complaints
Processing and preparation of work orders for loading/discharging, inter-tank transfer, truck loading, blending e.t.c with appropriate documentation instructions
Keep updated and accurate records of customer transactions, billing status and track
Work status inventory levels, status of vessels performance and highlighting trends and variances to internal and external customers
Plan and coordinate with maintenance department for terminal maintenance activities
