We are Foreign Investment Company operating/renting tank storage facilities for liquid petroleum products at Tanjung Priok port, Jakarta. Our company is a joint venture between AKR Corporindo Tbk and Vopak.
To develop our full and strong team in Jakarta, we have the following immediate vacancy:


Logistic Analyst (2 persons) LOAT

REQUIREMENT:

* Age 23-30 years
* Education Degree in Engineering
* GPA: min 2.75
* Experience

At least 5-7 years relevant experience with strong operational emphasis
Good written and spoken communication skills



Competencies & Duties

In depth knowledge in shipping and customs requirements
Co-ordinates between various departments and external parties on incoming operational
Ability to anticipate bottlenecks, operational problems and managing customers complaints
Processing and preparation of work orders for loading/discharging, inter-tank transfer, truck loading, blending e.t.c with appropriate documentation instructions
Keep updated and accurate records of customer transactions, billing status and track
Work status inventory levels, status of vessels performance and highlighting trends and variances to internal and external customers
Plan and coordinate with maintenance department for terminal maintenance activities
