Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree from Naval Architect/ Ocean Engineering or equivalent
- Minimum 10 years working experience in offshore energy or shipping
- Proven record in the marine & offshore industry
- Fluent in English with good report writing skills
- Strong communication and negotiation skill
- Enormous network business in building construction
- An excellence computer skill
- High level skill in managing people, solving problem
- Good interpersonal skill
