PORT CAPTAIN (PC)
Education:
ANT III
Experience:
3 years as Chief Officer or 2nd Officer on board.
Job Description:
Monitoring, reviewing and ensuring that vessels operate safely with proper procedure and pollution prevention, includes ensuring that all documents are in accordance with vessel operational needs and regulation are still valid on the vessel.
Provide a link between the operation management, customer requirements and vessels.
Responsible to ensure crew discipline and constantly educate all crew to improve their skills and knowledge in carrying out their duties, and ensure all crews are able to carry out all procedures, systems, testing, training, familiarization, orientation, emergency drill.
Monitor and ensure vessel operation, fuel oil consumption, spare part supply and maintenance, for the project assigned is carried out as per program and procedures.
If necessary, Port Captain (PC) may act as on board Masters/Officers or Owner Representative (OR) for a certain period of time.
VESSEL SUPPORT ENGINEER (VSE)
Education:
ATT IV or degree in Ship Building Engineering
Experience:
3 years as 2nd Engineer on board or 2 years experience working at operator shipping company or shipyards.
Job Description:
Assist of all tasks of Technical Superintendent
Checking damages and reparations necessity and decide action. Compile service record, arrange the list and request enquiries from several workshops for comparison in price and cost estimation, and issue work order as approved by Technical Manager.
Prepare data for measurement and analyze report of planned maintenance and breakdowns based on data collection.
Support crew in maintaining and reparation vessels.
PORT ENGINEER (PE)
Education:
ATT III or Degree in Ship Building Engineering
Experience:
5 years shipboard experiences as engineer onboard or 2 years at Mechanical Repair-Maintenance Shipyard (marine machinery workshop) and must be knowledgeable in proper usage of monitoring and measuring devices.
Job Description:
Review, monitor and implement vessel maintenance system according to the established plan.
Ensuring that vessels engines and equipments are technically well functioning and ready for operations.
Providing support to vessel personnel in repair and maintenance.
Available / familiar with overhaul of marine engine machineries.
Has trouble shooting skill on marine machineries.
TECHNICAL SUPERINTENDENT (TS)
Education:
ATT II or Degree in Ship Building Engineering
Experience:
2 years as Marine Superintendent (assistant technical manager), or 3 years as Port Engineer, or 5 years as Chief Engineer on Board.
Job Description:
Planning, monitoring and ensuring the implementation of shipboard planned maintenance and ensuring the implementation of Plan Maintenance System (PMS) on vessel.
Carry out the vessel inspection and coordinating with DPA for implementation Vessel Technical Audit
Verify damage or service needs and determine action to be teken for equipment brought to shore for repair or service.
Carry out daily task that will be assisted by VSE.
